The GASTROFILTER SRL company cannot be held responsible for any errors that may appear on the website for any reason, including changes, settings, upgrades, etcc

7. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

The customer can request the cancellation of the order before shipping.

Due to the lack of stock, gastrofilter.ro will contact and inform the customer about the reason for canceling the order. The notification received by the Buyer, after placing the order, is for information and does not represent the acceptance of the order. This notification is made electronically (e-mail) or by telephone.

For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Goods and/or Services in the Order. If he changes the quantity of Goods or Services in the Order, he will notify the Buyer at the e-mail address or telephone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the amount paid.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THE PRODUCTS

GASTROFILTER SRL does not guarantee that the description of the products or any other content of the website is free of errors or that it is complete. In some cases, the price and description of the products may be incorrect.

The products (when applicable) are accompanied by the importers' warranty certificates. Any complaint will be brought to the attention of www.gastrofilter.ro within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the products.

9. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty period for the purchased product is 0-7 years depending on the product and the manufacturer, starting with the date of purchase and extending for as long as the product is under repair.

The warranty period begins on the date the products are invoiced and extends for the period during which the product has undergone repair during the warranty period.

If, during the warranty period, the product purchased by you proves to be defective, due to reasons of design, execution or hidden defects, it will be repaired free of charge, subject to certain conditions:

The product was purchased from the GASTROFILTER SRL Company, was used only for the purpose for which it was designed, following the manufacturer's instructions in the user manual;
To grant the guarantee, the following are required: the payment document (invoice), the correctly completed guarantee certificate and the defective product, the series of which must be complete, identifiable and unaltered;
The guarantee loses its validity if the product has failed due to exposure to natural phenomena, due to fires, accidents, negligence in use, as well as due to improper installations, modifications or adaptations;
Consumer rights are provided in O.G. 21/1992, republished and L.449/2003, rules in force on the date of purchase of the product.

10. Disputes

By using (visiting or buying products) the site, the user agrees that the Romanian laws will govern the above Conditions and Terms of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and the GASTROFILTER SRL Company.

In case of any conflicts between GASTROFILTER SRL and its customers, an amicable solution will be tried first. If an amicable solution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in the court of Sfantu Gheorghe, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.

11. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The GASTROFILTER SRL company does not assume responsibility for the product descriptions presented in the virtual store, these being identical to those made available to the company by the representatives of each brand. However, great efforts have been made to minimize all the mistakes that may arise from the electronic or manual editing of the information presented. Also, the images are presented on the website as an example, and the delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to changes in characteristics, design, color, etc. without prior notification by the producers.

GASTROFILTER SRL also does not guarantee the availability of the displayed products in stock, which is why the company will have the right not to deliver part or all of a certain order if certain products no longer appear in the supplier's current offer or are not available for other reasons (temporary lack of stock, out-of-stock edition, etc.). If the payment is made in advance, the customer will have the right to receive back the money paid for the respective product. In all cases where the products cannot be delivered, the customer will only be able to request the immediate return of the amounts already collected by GASTROFILTER SRL, but not other compensations.

The maximum value of the obligations of the GASTROFILTER SRL Company towards any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by the Company from the respective customer. After shipping the products, the Company cannot be asked to return the money in any way, nor to return the products.
In case the prices or other details related to the products were displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they were entered incorrectly in the database, the GASTROFILTER SRL company reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer as soon as possible shortly about the error that occurred.

12. PRICES OF PRODUCTS

The prices of the products are those displayed for each individual product.

The GASTROFILTER SRL company will be able to carry out any promotional campaign regarding the products displayed on the website, promotions whose conditions will be fully established by GASTROFILTER SRL

13. FRAUDANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA OF ANOTHER USER OR TO MODIFY THE CONTENT OF THE WWW.GASTROFILTER.RO WEBSITE, OR TO AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVER ON WHICH THE WWW.GASTROFILTER.RO WEBSITE RUNS, WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ATTEMPT TO FRAUD THE WEBSITE WWW.GASTROFILTER.RO, AND WILL INITIATE THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST THE ONE OR THOSE WHO ATTEMPTED THIS FACT.

14. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

According to the legislation in force O.G. 34 of June 12, 2014, using distance selling techniques, it is possible to opt for the return/replacement of a product within 14 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
within the deadline given above, a written notification to this effect must be sent by completing the return form on the website in the customer account, or by e-mail to office@gastrofilter.ro
The returned products must not show signs of use, must be in perfect working order, have the original packaging and accessories in perfect condition.
the product must be accompanied by the invoice and other documents received in original.
GASTROFILTER SRL will return the product value to the customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return. The details of the return method will be established after accepting the returned products. The amount due to the client can be returned exclusively to the client's personal account or in cash.
The transport costs of returning the products as well as the costs of returning the counter value of the amounts are fully borne by the customer. If the customer gives up the products in whole or in part, he will pay the costs of the return transport even if he benefited from free transport upon receiving them.
If the cost of the return transport is lower than the value to be returned and the customer has opted for the "payment at destination" transport, this cost will be deducted from the value to be returned.
It is not accepted to send the products to GASTROFILTER specifying the request for a refund (the value to be returned). The products will first be checked by GASTROFILTER representatives.
Based on GEO 34/2014 (art. 14, para. 3), in the case of observing deficiencies in function due to use or deficiencies in the appearance of the product (traces of use, scratches, etc.) GASTROFILTER can condition the acceptance of the return on the condition of retaining a value (restocking cost ) of the value of the product between 5-15%
Returns are not accepted for products that do not exist in stock and the current offer, products for which payment is requested in advance or which are brought from various warehouses at the express request of the customer.
Refusal to buy repeatedly may be considered an abuse.

15. THE RIGHT OF RETENTION

The goods remain the property of GASTROFILTER SRL until their full payment.

16. FINAL PROVISIONSWith the purchase and launch of the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a valid concluded contract.
